In Western Australia, the Legal Practice Board has approved LawCPD as a quality assured provider of continuing professional development.  If you are a solicitor or barrister practicing in Western Australia you can claim law CPD points for completing LawCPD courses.

Interactive Activity

Solicitors in New South Wales, Victoria, ACT and Queensland and barristers and solicitors in the Northern Territory can earn 1 CPD point per hour by completing website based programs, which includes LawCPD's interactive online CLE courses.

In Western Australia, LawCPD’s courses are classified as an interactive activity under the Legal Profession Rules 2009 which means you can earn 1 law CPD point per hour long online CLE course completed, and up to 10 law CPD points each year by completing LawCPD courses.
